More tech jobs come back onshore: Dice
Hiring offshore technology folks is becoming a thing of the past.

Dice.com’s Cat Miller reports that for the third consecutive year, outsourcing IT jobs in the U.S. has declined.
Miller says more domestic employees will be hired in 2012.
Miller also cites research from the Linux Foundation and Dice that concludes Linux pros who know their way around operating systems are in high demand.
