Business consultant James Nathan writes on RecruitingBlogs.com: “In the last 18 months Google has made three significant changes to the way it returns search results: Caffeine, Panda and Search, and Plus Your World. Each of these changes continues to highlight the importance of content.”

Nathan’s message: Recruiters must constantly be creating new content because Google and other search engines are watching. “Those recruiters who regularly publish high quality, shareable content are going to come up in Google search results much higher than those who don’t. Where do you want to come up in Google search results?”
