What are the 10 attributes of potential leaders?

Dan Rockwell, an author and blogger, states that believing you matter is one of the key traits of a great manager. He references Kouzes/Posner with this quote: “It is not a question of will I make a difference? Rather, it’s what difference will I make?”

Other important qualities include taking action, embracing and following your purpose, and living with integrity.

According to Rockwell, these qualities are the essential to leading others and to achieving your own dreams.
