According to a
new survey of American job hunters, 20 percent of job-seekers start their search by utilizing social networks.
Tennessean.com broke down the survey, as well as other data that looked at social media as a recruitment tool. One note: Almost 90 percent of all businesses use sites like LinkedIn in their recruiting processes. This may be a message to companies that don’t incorporate social media into talent searches. They're falling behind.
Popularity: This record has been viewed 7846 times.
